Integration
Your own tools
If it has a way in, we connect it. No developer needed on your side.
What it does with your own tools
Tell us what you run that isn't on the list. If it has a way in (most modern tools do), we connect it, and from then on it's treated like every other tool: read, cleaned, kept in step and acted through under the same rules. You choose which parts of it it may use. For a tool your own people built, whoever maintains it connects it once with us.
Every night, take the completed jobs from our in-house tracker and draft the invoices in QuickBooks.
When a quote is approved in our estimating program, create the job on the board and put it on the calendar.
Every Monday, the open orders on the supplier portal that arrive after a job's start date.
When the crew sends a material list, draft the supplier order and show me.
What it reads, what it writes
- Refreshes
- Every day, and the moment something changes where the system tells us.
- Cleans
- Duplicates, blanks and conflicts in what it reads, logged with before and after.
- Who wins
- Your own tools stays your system of record for what it holds. It never overwrites a record you changed by hand without telling you.
Questions
- What if the tool has no way in?
- Then we tell you that on the call, and what the nearest route is. A blocker is real only once we've tried.
- Does it cost more?
- Tell us the tool on the call and we'll put it in the audit scope.
