We never train on your data.
Your records, your messages and your numbers are used to run your system and nothing else. They don't train a model. They don't improve someone else's system.

Nothing reaches a customer until you've approved the first message.
For every kind of customer message, you see the first one and say yes. After that it runs the message you approved, and it stops the moment a customer replies, declines or asks for a person.

Every change to your data is logged, and it never deletes on the first pass.
When it cleans a record, it logs the before and the after. It fills a new field before it retires an old one. Anything it isn't sure of, it marks and asks.

It watches itself around the clock, and we know before you do.
Every connection, routine and message it should have sent is checked all the time. If something breaks, it alerts us first. Any routine can be switched off without a call to us.
Recorded conversations
Doorstep and phone conversations are recorded only with consent, filed against the right home and customer, and used for your coaching and your records.
