VeriClock
Clock-ins checked against the site and the schedule, and hours handed to invoicing.
What it does with VeriClock
It connects to your VeriClock and reads clock-in locations, shift times and job-coded hours. It flags a clock-in far from the site address. At the end of the day it finds anyone still on the clock and messages them. It hands the job-coded hours to the ready-to-bill check so labour lands on the invoice. Before payroll it lists the shifts that don't match the schedule and who to ask.
Every morning, tell me who clocked in away from their site.
At the end of the day, find anyone still clocked in and ask them.
Every Friday, job-coded hours for every job we're ready to invoice.
Before payroll, list the shifts that don't match the schedule.
What it reads, what it writes
- Refreshes
- Every day, and the moment something changes where the system tells us.
- Cleans
- Duplicates, blanks and conflicts in what it reads, logged with before and after.
- Who wins
- VeriClock stays your system of record for what it holds. It never overwrites a record you changed by hand without telling you.
Questions
- Will it edit a time entry?
- No. Corrections come to you as a proposed fix.
- Does the crew need to do anything new?
- No. They clock in the way they do now.
