What it does with Google Drive
It connects to your Google Drive. When a job is booked its folder exists, from your template, named your way. Photos, scans, delivery dockets and signed forms get filed to the right job by what's on them and their date, renamed to your rules. Emailed receipts land in the job folder. Your Word and Excel templates get filled from the job record and filed. Every evening it tells you what it moved, and anything it couldn't place comes back as a question.
