It connects to your Google Docs. After an estimate visit it drafts the scope of work into the job folder from your notes and your voice memo. It keeps a punch list per active job, updated from crew texts. A customer change request goes into the job notes with the date and who asked. Every Friday it rolls the active job notes into one document. It fills your own Docs templates without touching the master.
