Gmail

The inbox read for you every morning, and every reply that leaves it in your voice.

What it does with Gmail

It connects to your Gmail and reads what comes in: customer inquiries, replies to quotes, supplier invoices, permits, receipts, photos. Each morning it tells you which inquiries are real work and who's waiting. It drafts replies, quote follow-ups and payment reminders in your voice, and leaves them in Drafts until you've approved the first of each kind. It spots the customer who accepted a quote in a sentence. It files a supplier invoice to the right job and adds the cost. Anything it can't match comes back as a question.

Four texts you could send
  1. Every morning, which new inquiries are real work, and who hasn't been answered.

  2. Read my email for customers who've accepted a quote in writing but are still marked awaiting response.

  3. When a supplier invoice arrives, file it to the job and add the cost.

  4. For every overdue invoice, draft a reminder in my voice and leave it in Drafts.

What it reads, what it writes

Refreshes
Every day, and the moment something changes where the system tells us.
Cleans
Duplicates, blanks and conflicts in what it reads, logged with before and after.
Who wins
Gmail stays your system of record for what it holds. It never overwrites a record you changed by hand without telling you.

Questions

Will it send email from my account on its own?
Not until you've approved the first message of that kind. Until then everything waits in Drafts, and the send is your normal button.
Does it read my whole inbox?
It reads the account you connect, for the business. Tell it which labels or folders to leave alone.
