What it does
The crew texts "she wants the hallway trim done too" from the driveway. It writes the change onto the job with the date and who asked for it, prices it from your price book, and sends the customer a short approval in your voice. When the job is invoiced, the extra is on it. At the end of the week it lists any extra work it found in crew messages and timesheet notes that hasn't been billed yet.
