- What stays yoursWhat counts as quiet, which you set once. Who not to chase. The send, until you've approved the first.
- You getOne morning list, a draft per quote, and the skipped-and-why.
- What it does
- Each morning it lists every quote with no reply, sorted so the biggest one at risk is on top: who it went to, what it's worth, how long it's been silent. For each, it reads the email thread, checks nothing already went out, and drafts a follow-up in your voice that refers to that customer's job. It skips anyone who replied, accepted, declined or already got a follow-up, and tells you who it skipped and why. Approve the first follow-up and entry 7 takes over: from then on they're sent, not drafted.
