What it does with Monday.com
It connects to your Monday.com boards and reads the items, statuses and owners. It keeps them in step with your CRM, your phone line and your job board, so a booking made by text shows up on the board without anyone typing it. It finds the items that have gone stale and tells you.
When a job is booked, put it on the install board with the customer and the date.
